Arthur Saint-Remy

°2002, Belgium

Arthur Saint-Remy is a designer and student based in Antwerp with a keen interest in art and computers. His practice focuses on designing, building, and exploring virtual worlds and digital environments, blending a strong conceptual approach with a curiosity about how digital media can offer new perspectives in contemporary art.

Through his experience as a digital arts student and his exhibition activities, Arthur has observed that digital art often faces limitations within traditional institutions. This has prompted him to explore alternative spaces for digital art, such as online galleries, platforms, and archives, where curatorial practices can flourish outside conventional boundaries.

Arthur holds a master’s degree in Visual Arts in Digital Context and a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, both from Sint Lucas Antwerp. He is also involved with the Bozar Digital Platform at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels, which is dedicated to showcasing and engaging with digital art as it evolves within contemporary culture.
